Every individual deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. Before anything else, I focus on building a genuine, trusting relationship, because connection is where meaningful therapy begins. I recognize that opening up requires trust and vulnerability, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and identities at their own pace, in a world that does not always give them that opportunity.
I earned my Masters in Social Work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis in 2021. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have worked in school and office settings with individuals ranging in age from preschool through emerging adulthood. I have provided individual and group counseling services, supporting individuals, families, and trusted adults as they explore and work toward their unique needs and goals.
My approach is relational, warm, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique experience. Using supportive talk therapy and evidence-based interventions, I work with my clients to build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, foster self-esteem, and have a space to navigate the often tumultuous transitions of growing up.
